I heard that carrots could be beneficial for losing weight. Is it true that they help in the elimination of excess fat from the body?

Juicy Corn cobs too

My dogs love carrots too  sometimes I give them raw as a cronchy teeth cleaning snack, sometimes par-boiled for easy digestion. Multiple benefits!

’re not supposed to give dogs actual cobs. They are known to eat them & that thing will not break down in the stomach. Can cause a blockage in the digestive tract =emergency surgery. Unless maybe they’re teeny tiny dogs & physically can’t eat the cob. My dog stole a cob out of the garbage & I had to feed her a bunch of fiber & monitor her poop for 3 or 4 days to make sure she didn’t get plugged up & see if she pooped the cob pieces out. Was NOT a good time. Lol.

I put dehydrated mushrooms in the blender to make a powder. This is a great additive to soups. My favorite is to use it as a breading for chicken or pork cutlets.

Pleeze consider not killing others ♥️
by (100 points)
While lobster scream when you put them in the pot, so does broccoli.  It just depends on how well you listen.
Is it more moral to kill a plant than an animal?

It’s really sad the medical community doesn’t address obesity. I’m following Dr Li mainly because there’s no other hope “direction” from the my doctors. Obesity caused me so much harm that reversing is going to be a miracle. Di Li and Dr Greger are going to help me find my miracle! Thanking you in advance……
