He told us how much, and how often with the green tea, but didn't elaborate on intake with the other foods. I know 1 cup of broccoli a day is sufficient, but not clear on the others. A whole papaya a day? A whole blue potato a day? A whole pomegranate a day? These foods are quite pricey, so if half of these foods a day are sufficient, then I would appreciate knowing this. Anyone?
