This might be the most important guest youve had on so far steven.

Thomas seyfried should be known and respected by any person interested in health.

Glad to see Professor Thomas Seyfried getting the exposure that he and his work deserves.

Please give us a link or a hint about where you read this. It is very interesting, I have never heard of it before.
by (100 points)
why? he has no good evidence to support anything he says
by (100 points)
and he doesnt' even say it. what food. he doesnt' say it because he's full of shit. he has to be vague bout it
by (100 points)
literally breaks it down for us all in a digestible manner. PALEOLITHIC - MEDITERRANEAN - PESCATARIAN diets = good

Avoid sugar, this is the fuel for cancer along with glutamine.

There’s tons out there that supports everything he has said. You are just dense it seems.

Cancer cells use glutamine as a carbon source for lipids and metabolites, and as a nitrogen source for amino acids and nucleotides. Cancer cells are so dependent on glutamine that some oncogenes alter how much they take up and digest
by (100 points)
Do you have 2 braincells he said it in the first 20 min of the video. Do you need to name every food? The food that don't cause cancer is meat. Thats all you need to know. All other foods hight in carbs do cause chronic damage. @holdthedoor3782

Thank-you for this guest. My niece who is 12 just underwent some hectic radiation. No one in my family wants to hear what this doctor is saying. It makes me so frustrated and sad.  It is criminal what is happening with our food and pharmaceutical companies.
by (100 points)
Similarly, my brother's cancer and subsequent treatment. I think it is easier for most people to believe that cancer is mainly the result of bad luck, vs something that their life style and/or diet can impact. In the first, there can be no personal (or familial), responsibility, making it a more comfortable belief. Good luck to you and yours.

Whatever FDA says I try to avoid it. I found myself in this rabbit hole of so many industry lies when I read "The 23 Former Doctor Truths". Its no wonder why Doctor left her career.
by (100 points)
They do that so the drggers can make billions before they get sued for Millions
by (100 points)
There has been a number of treatments that have data that suggest they help patients with cancer. The FDA has made them illegal, and so I've heard of some americans flying to Germany for the treatment. So people of means tend to be able to side step the crazy FDA and have a better chance of surviving, but it sucks if you're poor.
by (100 points)
FDA does whatever pharmaceutical companies do. Basically they own the FDA. It is so devastating our health is depends on this awful people.

I liked the way the host conducted this interview. He didn't interrupt the discussion unnecessarily (like many hosts do including Oprah Winfrey) and he didn't try to show off (like many hosts do). What an insightful discussion. Thanks a lot. I learned a lot.
by (100 points)
He is a great interviewer. And you can see that he is not 100% sold on the concept as he is trying to make him see that current treatments work as well..
by (100 points)
Yea a much better interview than dr. Mercola would of done
by (100 points)
Hes wonderful. He also asks great questions.

There are many effective natural remedies for cancer.
Look at the YouTube video, "Ivermectin and Cancers" by Dr. John Campbell.
"Is Aloe Vera a Cancer Cure part 1"  ...
With Dr McDaniel & Dr Pulse.
Men of true health say,  never use chemo or radiation.   They both cause cancer.

Agree ( he is lovely ; great interview ;!)
by (100 points)
He (the interviewer) is dense. He interrupts unnecessarily and it is distracting. He will ask a question that was JUST answered.
by (100 points)
I 100% agree. The interviewer was a great listener, he asked basic questions without trying to sound like he knew it all which a lot of interviewers do.

The moment, near the end, when Dr. Seyfried starts talking about why he cares, it just made me well up. We need more people like him, who genuinely want to help make a positive change in health science!
by (100 points)
We clearly need more doctors like him that truly care about the patient and not the money.
by (100 points)
Hell most Dr that care about the ppl being well get ostracized from medical field or they go holistic

I had cancer in 2020. Reversed it myself within 6 weeks and documented it to give it to the NHS. They were not remotely interested in learning how I did it. Cancer is not only reversible, it's actually a fairly easy process providing it hasn't gone too far but even then, as long as you're breathing and have the courage, it's possible.

Society needs Dr. Thomas Seyfried on every major podcast. let's CHANGE the way we look at cancer!!
by (100 points)
Dr. Tom was shocked that Pablo wasnt taking glutamine inhibitors. that's quite a shocking statement. and how would he get those? he declined traditional treatment. who would give him a prescription? i guess he could have traveled to Europe in a poor country and gotten it without a prescription.

A bit misleading and oversinplifying, from the point of view of someone who also understands human biology and possess critical thinking, seeking 'checksum' in other life scenarios.

As my other comment says:
"Is this hypothesis verified by bodybuilders and sprinters, regularly performing anaerobic exercise?
I think this professor is confusing the cause of cancer developing vs proliferating. It DOES have a genetic origin. There are clear mutations linked with particular cancers. Food can contribute to growth of cancers, and partially by triggering mutations via pollutants or excessive oxidising stress, especially in junk consumers, lacking protective compounds from fruits and veggies they don't consume. Consuming glucose has little to do with it, if it is as part of a healthy and balanced diet. Processed oils are also inflammatory and cancer promoting. French fries anyone?"

I cannot see my response, so trying again:

I really like when the interviewer understands the topic. And when he briefly interjects and asks the expert to translate what he just said so that a regular person can understand.

I'm a cancer patient at the age of 35, the amount of young people I see in the oncologist ward is absolutely terrifying. Thank you for this interview, amazing information!

Please research natural/Herbal medicine such as: Echinacea, Goldenseal, Pau D' Arco, Burdock, Neem, Raw Garlic, Oil of oregano, Ginger, Cayenne pepper Vs Cancer, Frankincense, Myrrh and so many others! If you haven't already, you must change your eating and dinking habits, include a good quality liquid daily multivitamin and mineral supplement, a good probiotic etc... NO SUGAR, DAIRY, WHITE RICE, WHITE FLOUR, MILK, BREAD, JUNK FOOD OR JUNK DRINKS.
Make fresh juices such as carrot, beet, celery, especially green juices. The more bitter the herbs, the better. Please research. Hope this helps! God bless!

Riddle me this. How cancer wasnt an epidemic in middle ages? Typical peasants ate carbs upon carbs upon carbs with occasional fish and meat on big holidays. Yet, no historical evidence, nothing.

As a former hardcore macrobiotic from the 1970s and 1980s, I learned that diet played a huge role in preventing cancer. While not as strict in my eating habits, processed foods are almost non-existent in my diet.

fact that you trust anyone running for office is cute. The entire government is corrupt. Congress, the House of Representatives, things happening behind the scenes with oil and the suppression of free energy technology: we don’t get to vote on what ACTUALLY happens and who ACTUALLY runs things. They give us two opposing faces to fight about so we don’t all unite together against THEM. And every republican and democrat plays right into it. Your division keeps you controlled. The people fight the people instead of the corrupt leaders.

I had colorectal cancer surgically removed.
The surgeon said id had it for at least 10 years and it had grown very slowly. I had been on the low carb diet for 6 years. Not ketosis, but limited carbs and no sugars.
Now it all makes sense.

My fur baby dog  is 23 years old and was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer over 2 years ago and her oncologist said she never saw anything like this. Her doctor asked me what I was doing at home and I told the doctor that I was putting blended frozen organic vegetables in her food, made sure she took long walks, gave her lots of water, gave her daily massages and made sure she got plenty of rest. My 23 year old fur baby no longer has signs of cancer and she’s very active with a big appetite.
by (100 points)
I’m sorry  for the lost of your fur baby. I think there are things we can do to prolong life that the health care industry is not revealing to us. My fur baby’s doctor keep telling me to start a YouTube channel to share with other pet parents about the things I’m doing for my fur baby. I’m really giving it some thoughts.
