The good doctor was on fire. Wow, when he says he even impressed himself. And smiles about it sheepishly, that humility, he's at that pinnacle area. That means he is in the ZONE.. Brilliant Man ahead of his time..

He is a scientist  not a medical Dr but can see how the body  works

There are many effective natural remedies for cancer.
Look at the YouTube video, "Ivermectin and Cancers" by Dr. John Campbell.
"Is Aloe Vera a Cancer Cure part 1"  ...
With Dr McDaniel & Dr Pulse.
Men of true health say,  never use chemo or radiation.   They both cause cancer.

I was diagnosed with a rare cancer that is called leiomyosarcoma! The tumor was surgical removed, chemo and radiation won’t cure the cancer. The thing that it shocked me was when I woked up from my surgery my doctor told my husband that I can eat anything and everything. I’m on my 3rd year healing journey learning to read a books about nutrition, i did a lot of research how I can helped my body to cure and heal itself, read alot of books, article, watched a lot of videos/podcast! Blessed this doctors and scientists that speaked up and helping the world. I learned about intermittent fasting and doing alot of fasting, change my diet, and lifestyle, learn about grounding and spend more time with Mother Nature. Making sure i sleep good. I’ve fast for 14 to 16 hours for 4 times a week! 23 hours fast for 3 days. I just finished my 36 hours liquid fast last week. Jump on my rebounding for 10 mins every morning, walked about 10 mins and 10 mins jog on the treadmill 3 times a day. And most of all I prayed a lot ❤! Taking one day at a time and living my life everyday that it is my last day! Thank you for this video! ❤

In our town a woman got diagnosed with terminal cancer and the dctors gave her 6 months max.
She had a 6 or 8y old daughter and her goal was to see her graduate.
She stopped eating sugar and carbs totally. Her wish came true, she lived another 10-12 years

@@thehoteldeveloper Do you mean do a ketogenic diet? Do you get tested to see you don't develop it? Are you on a ketogenic diet?
by (100 points)
What do you mean by 'carnivore'? Do you men only animal products, or only meat, or do you eat a low carb ketogenic diet?
by (100 points)
Did she change her diet to cut out carbs?
by (100 points)
Do you have a time stamp for that, please? I am still watching, but I am afraid to miss it.
by (100 points)
Yes. Being in ketosis while eating whole foods is the important part. Don't eat any processed food. I just prefer strict carnivore. If you don't have issues eating veggies then it should be ok. I don't test for anything specifically but I know my arteries are clear. I've been mostly keto for 25 years with high cholesterol. I am very sure that I won't get cancer. But of course I can't be absolutely certain.

I take that back. I do test my CRP for inflammation. That's how carnivore reduces heart disease and cancer because it lowers inflammation and allows proper metabolism.

Hearing this from a cancer expert really makes you rethink your diet and health choices
by (100 points)
what about africa being the poorest continent and them simply never diagnosing cancer or other illnesses killing people before they get cancer. Except for Afghanistan, all the countries with the lowest life expectancy in the world are in Africa.....you live a shorter life in africa because you die from cancer, or die before getting cancer. Not a good example dude.

There’s a reason why JESUS CHRIST did a 40 day fasting in the Bible

Sugar is everywhere just think about how many ppl u see with a huge caramel latte .. they are addicted to sugar,...
by (100 points)
I think your correlation is faulty. In African countries people don't eat much, many are basically on low calorie diets. There's not much over-intake over carbs there. So if you just eat carbs and vegetables in moderation, the risk of cancer is probably very low. In the West we eat more meat, but we also over-eat like crazy, we're exposed to tons of chemicals, stress, sugar, seed oils, processed foods, so a large percentage of the population get diabetes, heart disease and cancer. I think the best diet for humans is probably something closer to a raw / low heat paleo diet with meat, organs and some carbs here and there.

Dr, you’re a legend. That was mind blowing. I am out of 2 chemi, the second one being a shock to my system and i’m cancer free. Knowing these tips on a more restricted diet, I will take this piece of wisdom with me now!

I lost my Dad to lung cancer 8 years ago. This past January, I lost my Mum to lung cancer. I just celebrated my 40th birthday, without my parents, and was filled with a lot of fear about my own health and my future with it. This video gives me hope for a hopeful future. Thank you!
by (100 points)
Good for you! So glad to hear you feel so great. Unfortunately, I cannot eat meat….I am also celiac. I have a very limited diet and try to eat as clean as I can. I’ve just found out I have something called Sphincter of Oddi, which makes eating in general quite painful and leaves me with malabsorption issues, GI issues, etc. I just had my case accepted by a team of specialists, but will be a while until they can see me. Until then, fingers crossed, positive thoughts, and a lot of meditation/sound therapy/optimism.

Thank you for all of these wonderful comments!

My father did but quit in his 40’s, and my Mum didn’t smoke a day in her life. She had never even tried smoking.
by (100 points)
@ Then, probably the second-hand smoking is really very dangerous. So sad.
by (100 points)
@ I started to feel better when I stopped eating meat. I always don’t feel well after eating dairy. From eggs - I get nauseous. I feel well when I eat vegetables, green leaves and berries. Natural products that nature gives us. We are all different. Everyone should listen to their bodies. (Btw, pay attention for a long term as well. I heard from many people, they felt so good while being on Keto diet, but after a while they began feeling quite the opposite…)
by (100 points)
@@dancerloverishSame here. Cannot eat meat or fish. Love fruit and vegetables.

I'm sat here in tears... My dad recently passed away from glioblastoma... It was awful to watch him go down hill and pass away. I wish I saw this podcast a year ago. Thank you for your work.. I just wish the education that you're providing through facts and data is recognised and spread to the masses and put a stop to cancer through educating people and proving that cancer rates can slow and decline!
by (100 points)
A friend of mine had glioblastoma. She switched from a healthy diet to a super healthy diet. And did not make it. So please do beat yourself up about diets. Glioblastoma is so very aggressive. I am sorry for your loss.

by (100 points)
I lost my Dad to glioblastoma in 2020.  He was an amazing husband, father, grandpa, friend, and author.  He helped so many people and gone quickly, it’s still devastating.  We lost my mom (equally incredible mom, grandma, friend, human) to dementia and a slow growing carcinoid cancer in her intestine one month before my Dad.  They loved each other and all of their kids and grandkids so much.  It’s just so hard.  I pray this video gets to all who need it in time to prevent this type of loss.  They both had so much more they planned to do, life to live!
by (100 points)
I can identify with your pain! I lost 3 sisters to cancer. Chemo and radiation did not save them. I’m hopeful for more knowledgeable doctors to save lives.

I’m so glad you spoke of Pablo. I’ve followed his journey over the years along with many others.. It’s his send off today.. What a true hero.. May he rest in eternal peace
by (100 points)
I did not realize he has passed. Pablo was a genuinely kind man, and he showed great courage in his enduring battle.  I’m very saddened to hear of his passing.

it’s just so very sad.. and as has been mentioned in the podcast, this was down to surgery, unsure of all the details, but it sounds like the procedure went wrong somewhere.. devastating for his wife and children

Yes,As I understand it was complications from/after surgery.

A superb interview with an AMAZING 78-year-old Professor of biology, genetics, and biochemistry at Boston University, whose sharpness would put people half his age to shame. It’s definitely worth your time, especially if someone you know has had or is currently dealing with cancer.
by (100 points)
Yes the clarity is quite superb.
Re the age, I think that our perception/expectation of mental/physical condition and the aging process is also distorted by exactly the diet/lifestyle choices being addressed here.....and that's demonstrated by the fact so many people are wowed by the fact the good Dr here is 78, mentally and apparently physically nimble. I've lived in Japan for over 30 yrs and this is far, far more the norm than the exception. Why? Diet and lifestyle. At 58, when I visit the UK large proportions of the people are an entirely different shape from my life there until my early 20s, a stark, stark difference, and the same demographic certainly wasn't starving or undernourished during the 70s and 80s when obese/overweight people were far, far more the noticeable exception. As societies we've normalized obesity and people with healthy bmis are referred to as 'skinny'. The idea that the 'new normal' level of widespread obesity and the associated lifestyle factors don't have a link to the co-existing rise in cancer rates is laughable.
by (100 points)
Well, not sure who it was meant for, but maybe someone will find it helpful. ‍♀️
by (100 points)
thanks to both of you. that's a very interesting interview. Due the respectful interaction between the moderator and his guest, got the theme the priority.

Just IMAGINE if people like Donald TRUMP, the same age this doctor is, were actually SMART- he would NOT have to lie about EVERYTHING, or be a bully- and people would actually Respect and Appreciate him- and consider America the greatest country in the world AGAIN, instead of the laughing stock of the world for putting that con man, felon back n the White House to play his dictator games- AGAIN!

He did not share any solutions or specific treatment. Just side tracking

After watching hundreds of these videos over the past 10 years its the same conclusion guys:
01.Whole Food Diet (and reduce sugar in all forms)
02:Regular Exercise (strength, cardio & mobility)
03:Sufficient Sleep
04:Reduce Stress & more relaxation
05:Internittent Fasting with occasional longer fasts

Amen for those 5 bulletpoints! one question, How long are the fasts and how often? I do intermittent fasting (8-10 hours) but never had done a long fasts

The apology for the medical establishment at the end is powerful. And the sobering statement that the change has to come from the people, not the industry.

You're right. People have to stop eating crap. They just won't.

My mom had breast cancer at 50 yrs old, I had breast cancer at 57 yrs old. Both caught early. We are cancer free.
My diet is much better as I age thanks to these type podcasts.
I now see a functional doctor but I have to pay for these visits, and some of the more expensive blood work tests.
Pharma and the government is not interested in preventing health issues.
Thanks again for this information.
by (100 points)
Why would they. The whole medical industry is on keeping repeat customers. If they got us all healthy they'd be out of business. Medical industry is just that a business, not a non-for-profit.
by (100 points)
agree
by (100 points)
I had it 6 years ago, in my 20s. Wish I'd known then what I know now. I didn't like my flapjacks on door nails but at least they were there. Not to mention what targeted therapy and stress did to my hair and nails. I'm not a girly girl by any means but nails breaking hurts. Sigh. Oh well. What's done is done.
by (100 points)
@cynthiabrown5468  Mine was early too but still "needed" them lopped off   my MRI showed me lit up like a Christmas tree. There was so much, even early. (Stage 0, then 1-2 depending who you ask by the time I finally got into the OR.)

@1:15:17  1000%. I've went on a keto diet for 6+ months, felt like a million bucks and had so much energy, ideal weight. I treated myself to a pizza on a weekend, that turned into other poor food choices because i was already at my goal, 1-2 years later I'm back to the American diet. This video alone gave me the information I needed to drive my motivation to go back to the healthy diet. Thank you Dr Thomas Seyfried for sharing
by (100 points)
Let’s hope he replies to his fans lol!! … or maybe others here can help us???
by (100 points)
Same. I'm ready to change my lifestyle again after this. These videos are truly needed to remind us of how important it is to stay healthy.
by (100 points)
@@TimurTimuçin-f2rSimply not true! Cancers survive on a fermented sugar diet, high carb, highly processed diet. Red meat is easily digestible and very good for the colon. It also contains most of our nutrients needed to exist. NOT processed meat. I'm talking grass fed and finished beef.
by (100 points)
@@TimurTimuçin-f2rsadly, you have bought into the lie.  Red meat or any meat does NOT cause cancer. I had cancer on a vegetarian diet and anti-nutrients nearly killed me, especially oxylates.  I am ketovore now (nearly carnivore) and I've reversed my cancer and also other diseases such as 3 autoimmune diseases.
by (100 points)
I foresee referencing this video many times throughout my life—here I am again. It's funny how the holidays can throw you off track. I'm using this video as a powerful reminder to reset myself. The subtle mental shifts that occur are fascinating. Once you're out of ketosis, your mental direction changes, and you don’t even realize it. The rationalizations slip away, and suddenly, you find yourself justifying overindulging in desserts at a holiday party until you can barely move. As he mentions, evolution is powerful, and the environment is the real battle. Round #2.

Dr Thomas Seyfried  IS the man !!! - he is so extremely knowledgeable. He is so humble to admit he did not pay attention to Dr Otto Waburg and went back to dig deeply into Warburg's research and was blown away !!! - What is most disappointing is why is the medical fraternity not looking deeply into this therapy enough ???? why ???
by (100 points)
Please,  you must know why.

I work as a medical provider. Sad that your podcast delivers more relevant information, than my required continuing education for accreditation to practice. I do further pertinent peer reviews of the literature and the data shows that we need a new revolution in the medical paradigm.

Like many industries it gets corrupted by putting money first. It's not in the industry's best interest to bring people healing and good health.....to pay the massive expenses REQUIRES a sickly and unhealthy society.
