I am trying to invoke new neuroplasticity pathways due to a. neurological condition. My question is you indicted that the relaxation should take place after hard focus activity for 20 minutes. Then the 90 minute cycle which indicates those times we are most focused and most needing relaxation. In the morning hours is my best focus and afternoons I'm just completely unmotivated. Should I take advantage of this cycle by doing the relaxation in the afternoons? Or try to change it? Does Andrew Huberman ever answer questions in the comments section?

We are unbound and free but the society never wanted us to learn that. Priorities need to change. Imagine if we were educated to control our emotions, be productive, get smarter, stronger and more comfortable to change as we grow. Now that would be a knowledge worth a lifetime.
