This was very interesting and informative however and I don't mean to diss you Steven but this is a very serious topic and you really should be better prepared and do much more research before embarking on an interview like this, you were really out of your depth here. Keto diet has been around for over 100 years and is well researched and it's serious side effects (including death) are well known yet you seem to promote it for everyone. Some myths promoted by carnivore bros on yt were repeated here ie ketosis among the Inuit (they have a genetic mutation that prevents them from going into ketosis and they eat more carbs than generally believed) also there is some research showing that cancer metastasizes on a high saturated fat animal diet which is keto, see Nutritionfacts  What Causes Cancer to Metastasize? in light of this a plant based keto diet would probably be a better option but this wasn't mentioned ...  You have great guests and you provide great content unlike some other "podcast bros" let's keep it that way. Thanks

I mean it works for this channel but I hate the wording of the thumbnails. Each one shouts ‘imminent catastrophe! Do the thumbnails have to read so negatively?

Also. You literally look like my uncle Steven. Awesome.

My younger (42 y/o) brother was diagnosed on Feb 2024 with stage 2 liver cancer (22 cm); given 9 months to live. he cut all sugar, processed foods, all alcohol, gluten, carbs as much as possible, started exercising; taking soursop leaves tea; 15k IUs of vit D daily, 400mg magnesium daily, lower stress as much as possible; started his chemo therapy....4 months later: 97% reduction of cancer cells...Doctors only comment: "keep doing what you are doing"; He should be in national television!!! He just came back from 2 weeks vacation from Hawaii. It is criminal what the food, medical, and pharmaceutical industry are doing. So many people could be saved. But now all the truth is coming to light. Cheers!

I was diagnosed with Stage 3b rectal cancer in 2019.  I selected some of the standard of care therapies but stopped it all after the first double course following surgery to salvage my immune system.  It was a fight with the doctors.  I stopped all added sugars  cut carbs by 2/3, zeroed out any prepared foods and followed rigorous if selective supplements and excercised 1 12 hours a day on average.  I wasn't supposed to live but have passed year 5 and still going strong.

I have had an amazing quality of life since I took control of my choices and ignored the fear mongering from the medical professionals.  I will bless every new moment I get.

Bless this wisdom and this doctor.

I have a question, my mom have pancreatic cancer stage 4 and have been  drinking soursop tea tree times a day for one month, also taking black cummin seed oil and apricot kerns, now she have started chemotherapy. Can she still drink the soursop or will it interact with the chemotherapy? Her oncologist says she should not take herbal supplements but that it because they dont know if it will interact or not. Does anyone have an answer for this?

I've had a brain tumour for 14 years now, I have lived much longer than the 3 months I was given at diagnosis.  I did not get any treatment as I was declared terminal at diagnosis. They don't treat you if your close to death because they don't want you to die under treatment as it causes problems for the treating doctor. I started my journey with calorie reduction, I cut all sugars out of my diet, I am now methionine restricting and eating only once a day. Still here and I believe I'll still be here well into the future.
by (100 points)
So no fruits?

Well done lovely ...❤❤❤❤
by (100 points)
I wish you all the best. If you are restricting methionine you are mainly plant based right?
by (100 points)
I applaud you for trusting your inner voice and searching for your own treatment rather than blindly trusting “doctors”

I lost my entire family, parents are both nurses, sisters believe my parents, they would rather i die, its the most evil part of the whole situation
by (100 points)
Yes, my 7yr old daughter was dx with terminal brain cancer and you’re absolutely right. The medical world won’t treat or want to help if it’s terminal (DMG). Children’s Hospital Colorado was against anything alternative or holistic. I asked about the keto diet, limiting sugar and they just brushed it aside and said it won’t work. We got no education like this at Children’s.

by (100 points)
So how is it that Dr. Robert Morse and Dr. Sebi cured cancer with fruits included in the diet of their patients? Dr. Morse patients' diets are MOSTLY fruits!!!
by (100 points)
Sugar is the growth medium, animal fat causes metastasis, for the first year I did no fruit or carbs and when I started methionine restriction I started eating fruit and carbs again. I had no growth of change in my condition since apart from getting healthier.
by (100 points)
Correct. Methionine restriction also exploits the cancer cell closing down mitochondria , cancer cells can't make their own methionine when the rest of the body can so for cancer cells to maintain their structure they have to get methionine from dietary sources, deny tumors methionine and after a while they the cells just fall apart. Here in Australia I discovered a very old science paper from the sixties that a scientist from the CSIRO wrote and he tested this theory extensively and found it to be true and effective.

My dad got recently diagnosed with cancer. He started noticing different worrying symptoms during the past months, and after running tissue tests they found he indeed had cancer, but in an early stage. He researched very thoroughly about how cancer works and found out it cannot survive easily on ketones, so he started off with several days of fasting, followed with a very strict keto diet. He ate lots of butter, meat and fat, vegetables, but rejected anything containing simple or complex sugars. He lost a lot of muscle mass and fat, but when the next tests runned to determine the treatment, they found no cancer. The doctors were very confused, as these tests are very accurate and cancer doesn't go away just like that, but surprisingly they didn't ask him what he did to cure himself. It did take a toll on his weight and muscle mass, but at what cost? He starved off cancer and now appreciates having the opportunity to live.
by (100 points)
Same happened to my grand mother the doctor told her she is one of very people who survived without taking any medicines she refused to take any medicines maybe fasting ramadan helped her she lived 20 years after that

Cats get less cancer than dog.

Cats are essentially on a ketogenic diet while dogs eat whatever humans eat.
by (100 points)
Thats so incredible!! Love hearing his recovery story.

Did his body adjust to no carbs? Meats fats and veggies in plenty should be enough for his body to eventually adjust and use fats and protein as energy

For those who don't know, Dr. Thomas Seyfried has been a cancer researcher for over 40 maybe even 45 years. I first learned about him back in 2017 after my dog passed away due to liver cancer and I got in touch with him to ask him questions. He was so attentive and interested in my dog's story. He asked me so many questions, the first one being - "what was she eating?". He has several books including "Cancer as a Metabolic Desease." He teaches out of the University of Boston. He's fantastic!

@@alexdesamsonow822about a year and a half ago I started eating tons of blueberries (like more than 5lbs a week). I didn't think so at the time but I totally believe now now that I have the knowledge that I do, that the reason for my health decline stomach issues removal of so many different foods they never had a problem with is because of the glyphosate in the blueberries. They are the food That soaks up like glyphosate like a sponge. So much so that I read if you squeezed all the blueberries into a juice there is such a high amount of glyphosate/round up to spray the crops and it be just as effective.
Imo all these people who are feeling and doing so well eating red meat only is because they're not consuming fruits and vegetables and grains which are all full of glyphosate!
Especially if it's actually grass fed. I think it would be great to eat vegetables and some fruits but not in the contaminated state all of these are in.
My health total decline runs concurrent with all the massive amounts of blueberries I thought I was being healthy by eating.
My grandfather gave me a tip about the whole issue of being healthy: eat a little of everything. Everything has a level of poison in it. If you eat a small amount of everything that particular foods poison won't build up in your system.
The other thing he said: Stay away from doctors.
I thought he meant don't get sick so you have to go to the Dr. No he meant STAY AWAY FROM DOCTORS BECAUSE THEY WILL KILL YOU!!!
by (100 points)
FYI he was doing fine until he was diagnosed with cancer during a routine visit to his Dr (of which he hardly ever seen.) The Dr pressured him into chemo and radiation and within a few months he was dead. The chemo and radiation killed him. He said before he died that he wished he'd had never went for his checkup. Because he was doing fine until he allowed them to hammer with the whole cancer BS routine. That was in the late 70's when the doctors killed him. His cancer was not that bad.

I was diagnosed with stage 2 triple negative breast cancer 3 years ago. I refused chemo and radiation. I had a lumpectomy and stopped eating all sugars, carbs and dairy and did the treadmill regularly for 3-4 months. Been cancer free ever since.
by (100 points)
I had breast cancer about 5 years ago.  When I talked to the cancer nutritionist, I said that I understood that cancer preferred sugar, so should I cut out sugar?  She answered that wasn’t necessary, and most people weren’t able to delete sugar.  She said don’t binge on sugar, but a moderate amount was just fine.  I totally wrote off everything she said as wrong.

I’ve had to wait 6 weeks to see an oncologist after first being diagnosed with metastatic cancer, so I fasted for 3 weeks and done my own research. When I finally saw him he said they don’t agree with fasting and can refuse treatment if I continue and when asking him what foods to avoid he said absolutely none! Eat whatever I like! We are asking to see another oncologist now and I’m going to see a private functional practitioner.

sound very intelligent.  It seems you were trying to demonstrate open-minded critical thinking.

It’s very easy to reply to others with words.

It also seems you might be trained by people who are making a lot of money from chronic diseases.

Stockholders & paid board members of the corporations involved in the funding & manufacturing of all the products involved in the industrialization of chemicals, food, education, insurance, court, incarcerations and the laws for business & ngo for government contracts & taxes show the facts.

I understand most people  need to protect their social status to maintain income & invitations to speak & attract the mates & lifestyles they want.

I can show open-minded, intelligent, compassionate people “A Blueprint of Blacklisting Critical Thinking Health Professional Who Question the Narrative”.

It’s amazing how many ”religious” institutions & leaders are involved.

To dialogue with full AV webinar with proper facilitation & use of  diverse patients and allow the group to invite professionals & students with their teachers willing to dialogue extemporaneously with improv on the topic while looking up research and assessing for bias, then we could have real progress with truth for health & wellbeing as individuals & collectively.

If you have worked in settings with tax-funded, tuition-funded, or consumer-funded Cisco WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom yet have not heard about the opportunities to play my 60-minute online “Everyone Counts Game Show” since 2015, then you might want to learn more directly from me.

The level of betrayal by the systems that trained, credentialed, gave me scholarships, grants, hired me, appointed me created a very interesting trail of data that revealed the blueprint & the systems involved.

We all have freewill.  I used mine to process my PTSD due to betrayals publicly via social media.  That is the “Anatomy of Healing from White Collar & Religious Crimes”

Ironically, the cancer did not kill Pablo. In the end, it was the debulking surgery which caused a brain haemorrhage. Pablo was a big success and a trailblazer for metabolic therapy. I think there is some truth in what he says, he does himself at VERY big diservice trying to attribute too much to the cause of cancer and the cure. Ie he had to be prodded to get naswers contrary out, I would of pushed him harder , ie why do babies get cancer, why does cancer run in families.etc Note your body was to find a solution between cancer and an overactive immune system - very hard to hard both really good, Body cleans up mutated cells all day , every day.  If immune system goes too hard ( remember cancer cells are YOUR cells ) then body attacks itself.
Wishing your husband all the best .
Cancer is a Collect all name. many cancers "cured'" or managed really well. Hundreds of types of cancers. Some are called hot cancers , those are very exciting for a cure, as can make personalised cures , using same tech as covid vaccines - ie find something unique in cancer and make a vaccine that primes the immunity system to attack anything with that trait
We still need research, gold std coming for likes of pancreatic to test it early in blood or urine - ie when not stage 4 going everywhere
